"I am recently engaged and my fiance gave me a sizable ring that has been handed down for 2 generations in his family. My fiance was extremely nervous about me taking this ring anywhere to appraise or size it so I was looking for someone to complete the appraisal while you wait to alleviate his concerns. He's had family that has had a gem swapped by a jeweler before. I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks in advance with Katy to do the appraisal and she was very friendly to talk to and was able to tell me about my diamond as she appraised it in her office while I watched. I learned so much and was impressed by the detailed report that I received. The appraisal was done in under 45 minutes! Her and the staff there have a wealth of experience and knowledge and were all very friendly. On top of that, I was lucky enough to get my ring sized the same day! They did a wonderful job with everything and she even allowed me to look through her jewelers loop so I could verify that the diamond was indeed mine. For anyone worried about their diamond being taken/stolen, there is no need to worry here. It doesn't get anymore transparent than that. I wouldn't recommend anyone else more if you are looking for an honest, friendly, accommodating, and quick service. The shop was nice and easy to find inside the Antique shop it's attached too. They have a selection of jewelry to browse too for anyone interested in estate jewelry. I highly recommend!" - Sara O.
