"Dave completed a stucco remediation project on my house due to a poor installation by my home builder that resulted in moisture retention behind the stucco. Dave was very thorough in his explanation of what the remediation entailed, where the failures were in the current install and how those would be corrected. Dave was incredibly patient throughout my decision-making process, and he listened to what I liked in terms of aesthetics, but also my concerns regarding the remediation. During the proposal process he provided the proper guidance and ensured that we discussed anything I hadn’t considered. I decided to replace the stucco with a combination of natural stone and engineered wood siding.
During the project, Dave and his crew were always professional, courteous, respectful and kept the jobsite clean upon their departure each day. He did not neglect the small details, the artisan type of work that makes a good project look great. Throughout the entire project Dave did what he said he would do, and it was important to him that I was happy with the results. Because I work from home, Dave would text me every hour or two so that I could come out and look at the appearance of the stone as it was being installed – to ensure that everything was just right. This was something Dave suggested because he understood I had a very clear vision of what I wanted the final result to be.
I couldn’t be happier with the completed project, or the process – which was much less stressful than I expected, due to a well-coordinated project. For anyone needing this type of work done on their house, do yourself a favor and at the very least schedule an appointment to discuss your project with Dave. He was always 100% polite, cooperative, and just an overall trust-worthy professional that knows what he’s doing, and delivers upon his promises. He is now the benchmark that I measure all other contractors against." - Bradley B.
