"Horrible experience. Got my order wrong by not putting grooves in to dry dishes. Cancelled 4 times before he showed up. Kept telling me he was sorry for cancelling so he would take money off bill. When I told him how much it should be with deductions Steve got upset and said, great! I’m not making any money now! When I told him that he is the one who said it, Steve said, that’s not what I meant. Told me when he showed up that he would be done around 3:30. He left at 7:45 and said he had to come back Monday to finish. Of course he cancelled all week again and finished on the following Friday. After Steve was working about 10 minutes I saw him try to open the island drawer and it didn’t open. I asked if when he’s done it will be able to open and he got very upset. Told me to please let him finish his job. Said he can’t work while being badgered. One simple question!!!! I was so uncomfortable that I sat in silence until he left. We were also promised two cutting boards but only gave us one." - s b.
