Specifically, it has been the demeanor and responsiveness of Jim Bushong, who does everything from handling agreements to making repairs. He has been a friendly presence who is easy to work with and is a genuinely cool human being. Not once in my life did I anticipate that I was going to miss working with a landlord, but here we are. To the negative reviewers, let me say - it's very possible that the trouble you experience is with the owners and not the management company. And perhaps we're lucky in that the owner has not been awful like some of these other stories. Hopefully, those of you who are dealing with difficulties end up in better situations." - Josh C.
