Universal Cycles

"My family lives in Toronto. Universal Cycles is in Lancaster, PA - roughly an 8 hour drive. That's a LONG way to drive for a bike. But we did it, simply because Universal Cycle carries bikes that other stores DO NOT have. Specifically, a child's bike that is a FANTASTIC bike for little kids. Sure, we found it for slightly cheaper in Kansas City, but the service we got from that store (only online) was far from decent. So, on a recent trip from Toronto to Washington, DC, we stopped in at Universal Cycle and go the bike. It was a fantastic experience. My son LOVES the bike (it was even "giftwrapped" with a bow), and I can only thank Universal. I don't know how they source bikes and parts so quickly, but it really is amazing. The store is not a huge bike shop - it's rather small. But they have this way of getting just about any part/bike, and that is beyond compare. I really wanted to give this store only 4 stars - simply because they're so far away from Toronto. But that's not their fault! Thanks Brad and the crew at Universal in Lancaster!" - Jason S.
