Lincoln West Self Storage

"Open till today I had no problem with my storage unit. I went in this morning to move some stuff around and found the back of my unit which is against a wooded area was infested with ants. Went to the Ace picked up ant spray, pulled everything off the back wall and sprayed. I went to the office spoke to the manager there, he was going to go around the back of the units and spray the whole back. If I go back a couple weeks and I’m still having a problem then I’m going to insist they move me to another unit. I moved out to PA over 20 years ago this is the fourth place that I have rented units from and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem like this. I will update once I am satisfied with the outcome and do want to give them the chance to correct this. Steve the property manager stopped by Sunday afternoon while we were going through the boxes and was doing everything he could to help get rid of where they were coming in. Today we met him back at the unit and was spraying out in the back, looked like he cut back any growth and came and sealed up saw cuts from when they built the place. We appreciated the time he took to make us happier and I’ll go back a few times to make sure the problem is fully resolved." - Joseph T.
