"We are in town visiting family for the holidays. At 8 pm tonight (Christmas Eve), we discovered we had a flat tire due to a nail. We had little hope that we’d be able to get it fixed in time to continue our travels in the morning. AAA dispatched Corey from Mack’s Tire Service, who came to our hotel within 30 minutes, ready to assess the situation and either plug/patch the tire or tow our car. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, went above and beyond by bringing a plug kit in case our tire could be fixed, and was able to quickly repair our tire, saving our holiday travel plans! If we ever need auto help in this area again, this will be the first place we call!" - Alison S.
