"My husband and I arrived at the Marriott Penn Square to check in, last evening. It was discovered that I mistakenly booked the Courtyard. We were in town for a special occasion with our son and didn’t want to drive the 40 minutes home after consuming more drinks than usual. The Penn Square was walkable to all planned stops that evening. The front desk person called the Courtyard to explain the situation and our reservation there was cancelled without penalty. We were given the ONE room left at the Marriott Penn Square. The room was beautiful to boot! A door separated the bedroom from another sitting room with a TV, as well as a large, lovely bathroom. Starbucks on site is an added bonus. They have a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. It is a large property that is walkable to many fantastic spots. We so appreciate the front desk person that helping us out last evening!"
