"American Leak Detection is the BEST! I called this past Saturday because most of the water had drained from my pool. I suspected a crack in the bottom drain. I spoke with Tiffanie, who was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, just 3 days later. Their pool technician, Taylor, called when he was 30 minutes away, arrived on time, and began diagnosing the issue. The original pool company (Blue Haven) installed the pool in 1996. The threaded plugs they installed when the pool was built were NEVER removed. All that was needed was a pair of channel locks to unscrew both plugs. Instead, they tmust have taken a hammer and screwdriver to punch holes in the plugs to allow suction to the pump. There was always a noticeable difference in pressure when operating the suction from the bottom drain vs.just the skimmer. Taylor pressure checked the plumbing, all was fine. He then worked tirelessly to remove the remnants of the drain plugs. He then found a damaged hydro plug in the center area of the pool. Two days later, Michelle, from American Leak, called to see how everything was and asked if I had any issues. She too, was extremely courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about how my experience was with this company. They are truly an AAAAA+++++ company. Thank you" - James B.
